RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to both the daily teaching and the long-term development of the automotive education at Kungsmadskolan's Vehicle and Transport Program. You are someone who is passionate about teaching, motivating, and leading young people in their education towards work in the automotive industry. The teaching will mainly cover areas such as glass work, joint work, plastic repairs, alignment work, welding, and vehicle painting.

As a subject teacher in the Vehicle and Transport Program, you are responsible for planning, teaching, assessing, and following up on your courses and subjects, primarily in the area of vehicle damage technology and painting. You will do this in close collaboration with other automotive teachers in the program. The job also includes procurement and follow-up of APL placements (workplace-based learning). This requires experience and contacts within the industry.

The work offers good opportunities for collaboration with the business community and to be part of expansive programs focused on passenger cars, trucks, and mobile machines as well as vehicle damage technology and vehicle painting.

Kungsmadskolan is a municipal high school with approximately 1,500 students in both vocational and university preparatory programs. Here, all employees are important, regardless of their role! QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying for the position have experience and education in the automotive industry with a focus on vehicle damage technology and vehicle painting. Approved vocational teacher education and knowledge and experience of CABAS and diagnostic tools are meritorious.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and pedagogical ability.

You will work with many digital platforms, which means you need to have good computer skills.

We require an approved health examination to be able to work with isocyanates.
